This is a header board with a Philips LPC2103 ARM processor. This chip has 32Kb Flash, 8Kb RAM, an RTC, 2 UARTs, I2C, SPI, 2 x 32bit timers, 7 CCRs, 6 PWM, WDT, 5V tolerant I/O. With the 14.7456 MHz crystal it can run (from RAM) at up to 58.9824 MHz. It has a Wiggler-compatible JTAG interface, a reset button, and a status LED. The I/O pins of the ARM chip, power pins, etc. are available on two headers.
