This is a complete build-it-yourself Wisp628 programmer kit: PCB, connectors D9F, D15M, D15F+hood, all components including a programmed 16F648A. Note that Wisp628 is an in-circuit programmer, so there is no socket for the target chip and no power supply, both should be available as part of your target circuit. Just build your target circuit, connect the programmer and download your program. More information can be found on the link-wisp628 webpage.
