This is a standard 128 by 64 pixels graphical LCD display, S6B0107/S6B0107 controller (= KS0107B/KS0108B), with backlight. Backlight: 120 mA at 5 Volt.
The pinout is not as found on the majority of graphical LCDs, do check the datasheet.
A LCD-19 test shows a simple test circuit, with Proton PIC Basic source and hex.
