This is quadrature rotary encoder with push-switch for PCB mounting (the outer shaft is not threaded). A full turn is 20 steps. The steps give a good tactile feedback.
A mactching knob is KNOB-01, KNOB-03-G-R, KNOB-03-G-B, KNOB-04-B-B, KNOB-06.
